Does your anesthetic keep you awake? study probes Post-Surgery sleep

NCT ID NCT07416773

Summary

This study aims to understand if the type of anesthesia used during nose surgery (septoplasty) affects how well patients sleep afterward. Researchers will observe 72 adults receiving their standard anesthesia care and then call them to ask about their sleep quality one and two weeks after surgery. The goal is to gather real-world information that might help doctors make better decisions in the future, but no treatments are being changed as part of this study.
