Summary
This study compares how much anesthesia drug (propofol) is needed when using two different breathing devices during gallbladder surgery: the standard endotracheal tube and the ProSeal laryngeal mask airway. About 160 adults having elective laparoscopic gallbladder removal will take part. The goal is to see if one device requires less anesthesia to maintain a safe and steady level of unconsciousness.
