Which anesthesia model is safer for spine surgery?

Summary
This study looks at two different computer-controlled ways to give anesthesia during spinal surgery. The goal is to see which method keeps the patient's heart rate and blood pressure more stable. About 50 adults having spinal surgery will take part, and their vital signs will be closely monitored during the first 10 minutes of anesthesia.
