Summary
This study looks at whether spinal or general anesthesia leads to fewer complications and deaths in frail patients aged 65 and older who need transurethral surgery (like prostate or bladder procedures). About 180 participants will be followed for 30 days after surgery. The goal is to find the safer anesthesia option for this vulnerable group.
