Summary

This study aims to understand why some patients experience heart injury during non-cardiac surgery. Researchers will observe 3,000 high-risk patients undergoing various surgeries to identify which anesthesia and surgical factors contribute to this risk. The findings will help develop better monitoring and prevention strategies for future patients.
