Faster home recovery? study tests two anesthesia options for vein surgery
NCT ID NCT07297082
Summary
This study is comparing two different numbing techniques used during a common varicose vein procedure. Researchers want to see which method—a spinal injection or a nerve block in the groin—allows patients to go home sooner and regain feeling and movement in their leg faster after surgery. They are enrolling 40 adults to measure recovery times.
