Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common anesthesia drugs works better for sinus surgery. Researchers will compare propofol (given through an IV) and isoflurane (inhaled gas) to see which one gives surgeons a clearer view of the surgical area with less bleeding. The goal is to improve the safety and quality of the surgery for 136 adult patients.
