This study aims to find out which anesthesia method helps patients recover faster after rotator cuff shoulder surgery. Researchers are comparing local anesthesia alone versus local anesthesia combined with general anesthesia. The main goal is to see which approach allows patients to wake up quicker and be ready to leave the recovery room sooner.
