Which anesthesia gets you out of recovery faster after shoulder surgery?

Summary

This study looks at how quickly people wake up and are ready to leave the recovery room after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. It compares using local anesthesia alone versus local plus general anesthesia. About 34 adults with rotator cuff tears will take part to see which approach leads to a faster recovery.
