Which anesthesia is safer for High-Risk births?

NCT ID NCT07406841

Summary

This study looked back at 50 past cases of a serious pregnancy condition called placenta accreta, where the placenta grows too deeply into the womb. Researchers compared two types of anesthesia used during C-sections—spinal and general—to see which led to better outcomes for mothers and newborns. They reviewed medical records to check for differences in blood loss, medication needs, and baby health scores, aiming to guide safer future care.
