Summary
This study aims to understand if two common anesthesia drugs affect children's brain development after surgery. Researchers will follow 558 children aged 3-6 for 1-3 years after their operations, comparing intelligence, memory, and behavior. The goal is to see if one drug is safer for long-term brain health than the other.
