Do these anesthesia drugs keep patients warmer during surgery?

NCT ID NCT06853067

Summary

This study looked at whether two common anesthesia drugs, dexmedetomidine and remimazolam, help prevent patients from getting too cold during surgery with spinal anesthesia. It involved 122 adults having planned surgery. Researchers measured body temperature and shivering during and after surgery to see which drug better maintains normal warmth.
