NCT ID NCT07259460

Summary

This study aims to understand how adding a sedative drug called dexmedetomidine affects the brain and body's monitoring signals during surgery. Researchers will measure brain waves, pupil size, and pain indicators in 60 patients receiving total intravenous anesthesia. The goal is to gather knowledge to help doctors fine-tune anesthesia drugs more safely and precisely in the future.
