Anesthesia depth tested to prevent dangerous breathing problems after surgery
NCT ID NCT07464288
Summary
This study aims to find out if using a deeper level of muscle relaxation during abdominal surgery leads to better lung pressure control and fewer serious breathing problems right after surgery. Researchers will compare two different depths of muscle relaxation in 128 adults having planned abdominal operations. The goal is to identify which approach better protects patients' breathing and reduces complications like low oxygen or airway blockages in recovery.
