New drug trial aims to boost energy in cancer patients
NCT ID NCT06075030
Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called AND017 to see if it is safe and can help treat anemia (low red blood cells) in people with cancer who are receiving chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if the drug can increase hemoglobin levels, which could reduce fatigue and the need for blood transfusions. It is a Phase 2 trial enrolling 36 participants who have non-myeloid cancers and specific low hemoglobin levels.
