Summary

This study looked at two natural ways to help with severe menstrual cramps: a desert plant called Anastatica hierochuntica and a special breathing technique. One hundred women with very painful periods took part. Each woman tried one of the two methods for three months to see if it reduced their pain and improved their daily life.
