Summary

This study looked at whether a drug called oliceridine is safe and effective for putting patients to sleep during gynecologic laparoscopic surgery for endometrial cancer. It involved 120 adults aged 18-65 who were scheduled for surgery. Researchers compared how blood pressure and heart rate changed when using oliceridine versus another drug, sufentanil, during the start of anesthesia.
