Summary

This study is testing a new approach for treating early-stage anal cancer. It aims to see if carefully selected patients can safely avoid receiving preventative radiation to their groin area, which is part of standard treatment. The goal is to see if this approach is just as effective at controlling cancer while causing fewer side effects and improving patients' quality of life.
