Summary

This study tests a precise radiation method (SIB-IMRT) combined with chemotherapy for people with locally advanced anal cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce severe side effects and avoid treatment pauses, while still controlling the cancer. About 71 adults with this condition will take part.
