Summary
This study is testing if adding the drug Anakinra to standard hospital care helps children with a sudden, severe heart inflammation called acute myocarditis. It will involve 110 children in intensive care units, comparing Anakinra to a placebo. The main goal is to see if the drug helps restore normal heart pumping function within three days of starting treatment.
