New cancer drug enters first human trials

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new oral drug called AN4005 for patients with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe and tolerable dose by giving the drug to small groups of patients at increasing levels. Researchers will also check how the drug moves through the body and look for early signs that it might help control the cancer.
