First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a device called Amplifi that widens veins before creating a dialysis access point (fistula) in people with end-stage kidney disease. About 120 adults will be enrolled to see if the device helps veins grow large enough for effective dialysis and reduces complications. The goal is to make dialysis treatment smoother and safer.
