Summary

This study is testing whether wrapping the surgical area with a special membrane from human placenta (called AlloWrap) can reduce swelling and pain after a two-level neck fusion surgery. It will involve 50 adults who need this specific operation for conditions like spinal stenosis or a pinched nerve. Researchers will compare recovery, including swelling, pain, and swallowing ability, between patients who receive the membrane and those who do not.
