Summary
This study is testing whether a processed, sterile membrane from umbilical cord tissue can help people with painful arthritis in their finger joints. The membrane is surgically placed in the joint to see if it reduces pain and improves hand function. It is for adults whose arthritis hasn't improved with medication and who need surgery.
