New 'Living Bandage' tested to seal stubborn wounds
NCT ID NCT07041177
Summary
This study is testing whether a special skin graft made from amniotic membrane can help close chronic wounds that won't heal on their own. It will involve about 10 adults with wounds that have been open for at least 4 weeks. Researchers will apply the graft weekly along with standard care to see if it helps the wounds fully close and stay closed.
