Oral drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat leukemia relapse

NCT ID NCT05799079

Summary

This study tested whether a combination of three oral medications could help control acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults whose cancer returned after a donor stem cell transplant. The goal was to see if the treatment could put the leukemia back into remission and how long patients might live. The trial was terminated after enrolling only one participant, so no conclusions can be drawn from it.
