New attack on hidden leukemia cells after chemo

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (venetoclax and azacitidine) can eliminate tiny amounts of remaining leukemia cells in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It's for adults who still have detectable cancer cells after their initial chemotherapy or right before a stem cell transplant. The main goal is to see if this treatment can clear these residual cells to help prevent the cancer from coming back.
