Summary
This study aimed to understand how children's bodies process the heart rhythm drug amiodarone. Researchers followed 57 children aged 0-18 who were already taking the medication. By measuring drug levels in the blood and checking for side effects, they hoped to find the best doses for safety and effectiveness in young patients.
