Summary
This early-phase study tested a combination of a gel (Ameluz) and a special light (BBL HEROic) to treat both precancerous skin spots (actinic keratoses) and sun damage on the face. Ten adults with mild to moderate sun damage received two treatments. Researchers measured how many spots cleared up and how much the skin's appearance improved after one and two months.
