Summary
This study tested whether a teamwork training program could reduce medication errors and improve safety culture in ambulance services. Researchers surveyed and observed 131 ambulance professionals before and after the training to see if it changed how often medication mistakes happened and how teams worked together. The goal was to gather knowledge to make emergency medical care safer for patients.
