Summary

This study tests an intravenous drug called AMBTX-01 (neridronate) to see if it can reduce pain in people with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Type 1 (CRPS-1), a chronic pain condition. About 270 adults with CRPS-1 in one limb will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to measure pain changes over 12 weeks using a standard pain scale.
