First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This phase 3 study tests an intravenous drug called AMBTX-01 (neridronate) for people with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Type 1, a condition causing severe, long-lasting pain in one limb. About 270 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it safely reduces pain intensity over 12 weeks. The goal is to ease symptoms, not cure the condition.
