NCT ID NCT04661280

Summary

This study aims to find out which approach works better for people newly diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease: taking the medication donepezil or receiving a specialized non-drug therapy program. It will involve 240 participants in France who will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments for 6 months. Researchers will measure changes in memory, thinking, daily function, and quality of life to see which strategy provides more benefit.
