New Alzheimer's drug aims to target brain plaques

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called RO7126209 in people with early-stage Alzheimer's disease. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe and to see if it can reduce the amount of amyloid plaque, a key protein buildup, in the brain. The drug is given by IV infusion, and participants will have brain scans and other tests to measure its effects.
