New Alzheimer's drug combo faces safety test

Summary

This study aims to check if a new drug combination called X/T+X-EC is safe and tolerable for people with Alzheimer's disease who are already being treated with the medication lecanemab. It will involve 60 participants aged 60-85 over 32 weeks. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug combination or a placebo, while continuing their standard lecanemab treatment.
