First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new pain medicine called ALX006, given as a single shot near the sciatic nerve, to see if it safely controls pain for longer after bunion surgery. About 60 adults will receive either ALX006 or a standard painkiller. The goal is to find the best dose that reduces pain and the need for extra pain pills.
