Summary

This study tests a low-intensity nanotechnology device placed in the tooth socket after extraction to help preserve jawbone. Twenty adults needing a tooth pulled and a future dental implant will be enrolled. Researchers will measure pain, painkiller use, and bone quality to see if the device improves healing.
