First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looked at a new way to fix horizontal jawbone loss by placing dental implants at the same time as a bone graft from the jaw. Sixteen patients were treated and followed to see how well the implants and grafts healed. The goal was to check if doing both steps together is safe and effective for restoring teeth.
