Summary
This study tests if Altuviiio can help children with severe hemophilia A and inhibitors build tolerance to factor VIII therapy. Participants also receive Hemlibra to prevent bleeding. The goal is to see if Altuviiio can safely reduce or stop the immune attack on factor replacement.
