New device aims to stop bladder leaks for good

Summary
This study is testing a medical device called Altaviva to see if it safely reduces sudden, strong urges to urinate that cause leaking. About 256 adults with urge incontinence will use the device and be followed for up to 5 years. The main goal is to see if at least half of them have 50% fewer leaking episodes.
