Summary

This study tested a new drug, navenibart, in 29 people with hereditary angioedema (HAE), a condition that causes sudden, painful swelling. Participants received one or two doses of the drug to see if it is safe and helps reduce swelling attacks. The goal is to find a better way to control HAE and improve daily life.
