Summary
This study tested a personalized brain training method called alpha neurofeedback for children with ADHD. 51 children participated in a triple-blind trial where some received real neurofeedback and others a sham version. The goal was to see if tailoring the training to each child's brain patterns could improve attention and reduce hyperactivity without medication side effects.
