Summary

This study tested the safety of two different doses of a weekly injection for people with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency, a genetic condition that can cause lung disease. Seventeen adults with moderate lung impairment received the injections under the skin for eight weeks. The main goal was to see how well people tolerated the treatment and to check for any side effects.
