Summary

This study tests a new device that uses pulsed energy to shrink prostate tissue and improve urination in men with an enlarged prostate (BPH). About 250 men over age 45 with moderate to severe symptoms will be randomly assigned to get the new treatment or a standard cystoscopy. The main goal is to see if the device safely reduces urinary symptoms more than the standard approach.
