Summary

This study is testing whether a pill called alpelisib can shrink abnormal lymphatic growths and improve symptoms in children and adults who have these growths due to a specific genetic change. It will compare the drug to a placebo (a pill with no medicine) to see if it works better. The goal is to find a new treatment option for people who may not want or cannot have other procedures like surgery.
