Summary

This study tests whether a wrap made from donated amniotic tissue (AlloWrap) can reduce swelling in the neck after a two-level spinal fusion surgery. About 50 adults with neck spine problems will be randomly assigned to get the wrap or not during surgery. The main goal is to see if swelling is less one month after the operation.
