New knee shot aims to ease arthritis pain without surgery

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called Allocetra, given as a shot into the knee joint, for people aged 64+ with moderate-to-severe knee osteoarthritis. The goal is to see if it reduces pain and improves function better than a placebo. About 270 participants will be followed for 6 months.
