Off-the-Shelf CAR-T therapy offers new hope for tough blood cancers
NCT ID NCT07284433
First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests a new CAR-T therapy called Allo-QuadCAR01-T for people with B-cell cancers that have not responded to other treatments. Unlike current therapies that use a patient's own cells, this one uses donor cells that are ready to use, saving time and reducing cost. It targets two proteins on cancer cells to lower the chance of relapse and uses gene editing to improve safety. About 160 adults will receive one infusion after chemotherapy, and researchers will monitor safety and how many patients achieve complete remission by week 13.
