Summary

This study compared two over-the-counter nasal sprays for people with seasonal allergies. Fifty adults used either an ectoine spray or a cromoglycic acid spray for two weeks. Doctors and patients tracked changes in symptoms like runny nose and congestion to see which spray worked better.
