Summary
This study is testing two similar medications (DW1807 and DW1807-R2) to see which works better at reducing nasal allergy symptoms in adults who also have asthma. Researchers will compare how much each drug improves stuffy/runny nose, sneezing, and itching over 4 weeks. The trial involves 274 participants across multiple medical centers.
